  V Cell Air Filters

V cell air filters (also known as V bank air filter) is a kind of filtration equipment that is often used in places with high requirements for air cleanliness, such as clean rooms, hospitals, and electronic factories. Its unique V-shaped structure design increases the filtration area, reduces air resistance, and simultaneously enhances the dust holding capacity and filtration efficiency.

Outer frame	Usually made of aluminium alloy, galvanized steel or ABS plastic, the main function of the outer frame is to support and fix the whole filter.
Filter media	Filter Media: The main part of V-bank HEPA filter is the filter media, which is usually made of high-efficiency filter material, such as glass fibre, with high filtration efficiency and particle trapping capacity.
Separator material	Hot melt adhesive is used to separate the filter media to ensure that the air passes evenly through the whole filter, avoiding the accumulation and bypassing of fine particles in the filtration process.
Sealing strip	Sealing strip(material: EVA/EPDM)on the outer frame to ensure airtightness.
