The medium efficiency V bank air filter adopts a unique V-shaped pleated structure design, effectively increasing the filtration area and reducing the air resistance. It can efficiently intercept particles ranging from 1 to 5 microns (such as dust, pollen, bacteria, etc.), and the filtration efficiency usually reaches F5 to F9 (EN779/ISO 16890 standard).
The Filter materials of V Cell filters are mostly synthetic fibers or glass fibers. They have the characteristics of high dust holding capacity and long service life. At the same time, they also take into account good air permeability to reduce the impact on the air volume of air conditioning or ventilation systems.
V Bank Filter is widely used in the intermediate purification process of commercial buildings, hospitals, electronic factories and food processing workshops. It is often used as a pre-protection for high-efficiency filters (HEPA) to extend the system's lifespan and reduce operational energy consumption.
