Mini Pleat HEPA ULPA Filter

Mini pleat HEPA ULPA filter(High efficiency particulate air filter without separator) is a common type of industrial air filter. It is widely applied in occasions with high requirements for air cleanliness.
The basic structure is mainly composed of an outer frame and filter materials. The outer frame material is mostly aluminum alloy, and the filter material usually selects superfine glass fiber filter paper. Particles are captured through the physical interception of fibers (such as diffusion and inertial collision effects).
Unlike traditional separator filters, it uses hot melt adhesive to evenly separate the filter material and support the filter paper to form wavy folds, thereby increasing the filtration area.
