The fan filter unit (FFU) is a highly efficient air purification device. Its box is usually made of aluminized zinc plate or stainless steel plate, featuring corrosion resistance and high strength. It is suitable for environments with high cleanliness requirements.

Its one of the core components is HEPA filter (usually of H13 grade), which can filter over 99.97% of 0.3-micron particles, ensuring the cleanliness of the exhaust air.
The FFU is equipped with an internal fan, providing stable airflow.
