V Bank HEPA filter

V bank air filter (V cell HEPA filter) is a common industrial air filter, it adopts unique V shape design and features a large filtration area, low air resistance and high dust capacity. V bank air filter is widely used in clean rooms, electronic industry, pharmaceutical, medical and other fileds. 

There are two kinds of V bank HEPA filter to choose from, one is box type, the other is single header type.

Its outer frame is usually ABS plastic or galvanized steel, and the filter media is usually glass fiber or PP material. 

Outer frame	Usually made of aluminium alloy, galvanized steel or ABS plastic, the main function of the outer frame is to support and fix the whole filter.
Filter media	Filter Media: The main part of V-bank HEPA filter is the filter media, which is usually made of high-efficiency filter material, such as glass fibre, with high filtration efficiency and particle trapping capacity.
Separator material	Hot melt adhesive is used to separate the filter media to ensure that the air passes evenly through the whole filter, avoiding the accumulation and bypassing of fine particles in the filtration process.
Sealing strip	Sealing strip(material: EVA/EPDM)on the outer frame to ensure airtightness.
