Extended Surface Pleated Panel Primary Efficiency Air Filter

Extended surface pleated panel air filter is a kind of primary filtration device used in air purification.

Covered net design: A layer of metal mesh is covered on the surface of the filter material to provide support and protection, preventing the filter material from deforming or being damaged under wind pressure, and thus extending its service life.

Pleated structure: The wavy folding process of the filter material increases the filtration area (compared with the flat plate type), thereby reducing air resistance and increasing the dust holding capacity (able to adsorb more particles).

Primary filtration: Pleated pre filter is mainly used for filtering large particles larger than 5μm (such as dust, hair, pollen, etc.), and the filtration efficiency is usually G4 grade (in accordance with EN779/ISO16890 standards).

Plate type shape: The outer frame is a rectangular metal or cardboard frame, which is convenient for installation and fixation at the air intake of air conditioning units, fresh air systems or industrial equipment.
