 MERV8 Pleated Air Filter

Pleated air filter is an air filtration device that combines the use of metal mesh protection and a folded filter material structure. It is mainly used for primary filtration in air conditioning systems, fresh air units, and industrial ventilation.

Pleated filter can effectively intercept large particle pollutants (such as dust, pollen, fibers, etc.) and simultaneously extend the service life of the high-efficiency filters at the back end.

Frame	Usually made of aluminum alloy, galvanized steel or cardboard frame, used to fix and support the overall structure of the filter.
Filter media	The filter material is usually synthetic fibers, has better filtration effect and air circulation. Its surface has a protective net to support.
Support grid	The grid structure covering the surface of the filter media, used to support the filter material to maintain a stable filtration effect.
Auxiliary parts	Such as sealing strips, also known as gaskets, used to ensure the overall sealing of the filter, generally optional 3mm EVA or 5mm EPDM.
