Mini Pleat HEPA Filter

The Mini pleat HEPA filter(High-Efficiency Particulate Air Filter without Separator) is a highly efficient filtration device used for purifying air. It is widely applied in places with strict air quality requirements, such as hospitals, laboratories, electronic factories, clean rooms, etc.

Basic structure:

Filter media: Usually use ultra thin glass fiber, but sometimes also use PTFE. The filtration efficiency is above 99.97% for particles of 0.3 micron.

Frame material: Usually use aluminum alloy, provide good structure stablity.

Sealant: To prevent leakage, the material we used is EPDM.
