Industrial HEPA High Efficiency Particulate Air Filter

The Mini pleat HEPA filter is an air filtration device commonly used in clean rooms, hospitals, laboratories and other places with high requirements for air quality.

Structure:

1. Filter material: Usually, ultra-fine glass fiber paper (HEPA filter paper) is adopted, which has a high filtration efficiency and can capture particles larger than 0.3 microns, with an efficiency of over 99.97%.
2. Support frame: Mostly made of aluminum alloy to ensure structural stability.
3. Sealant: It is used to fix the filter material and the frame to prevent air leakage.
4. Pleated design: Mini pleat HEPA filters maintain the airflow channels through hot melt adhesive lines, making the structure more compact.
