Product Description

Deep pleat HEPA filter

The HEPA Filter with Separator is an efficient filtration device that uses corrugated aluminum foil separators to separate the filter material. Its core filter material is ultrafine glass fiber paper. Through the dense fiber structure, it can effectively intercept particles ≥0.3μm. The filtration efficiency is as high as over 99.97% (for the particle size that is most easily penetrated by MPPS).

The partition design not only enhances the structural stability but also ensures that the filter material is evenly folded to increase the filtration area and reduce the air resistance at the same time. This filter features a large dust holding capacity, high strength, and is widely used in scenarios with strict requirements for air cleanliness, such as biopharmaceuticals, electronic clean rooms, and hospital operating rooms.

Filter Media	The core of a deep pleat HEPA filter. The filter media is usually made of high efficiency glass fibre material.
