Product Description

Mini Pleat HEPA Filter

The Mini Pleat HEPA Filter adopts ultra-fine glass fiber filter paper as the core filtering material, combined with an aluminum alloy outer frame. The folding structure of the filter paper separated by hot melt adhesive inside replaces the traditional partition board to achieve a compact design.
Its characteristics include:
1) High-efficiency filtration, with an interception efficiency of over 99.97% (HEPA H13 grade) for 0.3μm particles;
2) Low wind resistance, the structure without partitions optimizes the airflow distribution and reduces energy consumption;
3) Lightweight, smaller in size and lighter in weight than filters with separators, suitable for space-constrained scenarios;
4) Long service life, high dust holding capacity of filter material, widely used in clean rooms, hospitals, laboratories and the electronics industry and other fields with high cleanliness requirements.
