The Laminar Flow Hood Clean Bench is designed to meet the cleanliness requirements for local working areas in various fields such as modern industry, the photovoltaic industry, biopharmaceuticals and research and testing.
Working Principle
The principle of the clean air laminar flow cabinet is that the air is sucked in from the natural environment by a centrifugal fan and passed through a piece of foam-like patio cotton called a "medium efficiency filter", which filters out the large particles of floating dust; the remaining small particles over 0.3μm are then filtered out according to a HEPA filter called a "high efficiency air outlet". According to the double-layer filtration, the air entering the clean bench cavity is clean to a class 100 standard, and the clean bench is clean in addition to ensuring sterility testing.
Horizontal Single-Sided Flow Clean Bench
The filtered clean air is blown immediately to the operator from the back to the front, it is a very practical clean bench. It is commonly used in the field of electronics, defence and security, instrumentation, dashboards, pharmaceutical industry, etc.
Vertical Single Side Flow Clean Bench
Vertical flow means that the filtered clean air is blown from the top down onto the clean bench top and subsequently blown backwards and forwards out of the clean bench. Vertical flow clean benches are generally used in the laboratory, biomedical, optical industry chain, microelectronics, computer hard disk manufacturing and other industries.
