Product Description

ULPA (Ultra Low Penetration Air) filters are a type of high efficiency air filtration device used to capture very fine particulate matter, and their filtration efficiency is far higher than HEPA filters. The retention rate of ULPA filter for particles ranging from 0.1 to 0.2 microns is as high as over 99.999%.

Product Characteristics

1. Ultra-high filtration efficiency: The filtration efficiency of ULPA filters for particles ranging from 0.1 to 0.2 microns is ≥99.9995% (reaching U15 grade or above according to EN 1822 standard), far exceeding the 99.97% of HEPA filters. It can effectively intercept tiny pollutants such as viruses, bacteria, and ultrafine dust.
2. Extremely low penetration rate: Its particulate matter penetration rate is ≤0.001%, ensuring that the air quality in critical environments (such as chip workshops and operating rooms) meets ISO level 1 to 3 ultra-clean standards, almost achieving zero leakage.
3. High air resistance and strict structure: Due to the extremely high density of the filter material, the initial air resistance of ULPA filter is relatively large (usually ≥250Pa), and it needs to be used in conjunction with a powerful fan. At the same time, a highly sealed frame design (such as polyurethane sealant and aluminum alloy frame) is adopted to prevent air leakage from the side and ensure long-term stable operation.
