Bag air filter

Bag air filter is a large-capacity air filtration device, which is widely used in fields such as HVAC systems, clean workshops, pharmaceuticals, electronics, food processing and industrial waste gas treatment.
Its structure is mainly composed of an outer frame and filter bags. The outer frame is usually made of ABS plastic frame (lightweight), aluminum frame (sturdy), or galvanized frame (rust-proof) to ensure overall stability. The filter bag part is mostly made of synthetic fibers, which have good filtering performance and toughness. Some industries require glass fiber filter bags to meet special needs.
The filtration efficiency covers F5-F9, effectively intercepting particles ranging from 1 to 5 microns, including dust, pollen, bacteria and industrial smoke dust, etc.
To facilitate identification, filter bags of different efficiencies are usually distinguished by different colors. For example, F5- orange, F6- green, F7- pink, F8- yellow, F9- white.
