Activated Carbon Filter

Activated carbon air filters are highly efficient air purification devices made of activated carbon particles or composite materials of activated carbon and synthetic fibers. It adsorbs harmful gases, odors and volatile organic compounds (VOCs) in the air through the activated carbon material filled inside (coconut shell carbon or coal-based carbon).
The porous structure of activated carbon provides an extremely large specific surface area, which can physically adsorb pollutant molecules. It is often used in household and industrial environments, especially suitable for removing formaldehyde, smoke, pet odors, etc. 

Activated carbon filter needs to be replaced regularly to maintain its performance. When paired with a HEPA filter, it can simultaneously filter out particulate matter, achieving comprehensive purification.
