Fan filter unit (FFU) is a self-circulating purification device integrating a fan and a high efficiency filter. It is typically composed of a centrifugal fan, HEPA/ULPA filters, and a housing, and can be installed in a single or multiple modular units.
When the FFU is in operation, it forces air supply through the top fan, and clean air is vertically discharged through the HEPA filter, forming a local unidirectional flow, effectively controlling fine dust and particles.
