Fan Filter Unit
FFU (Fan Filter Unit) is a self-driven air purification device that integrates a fan and HEPA (or ULPA) filters. With its modularity, high flexibility and high efficiency, it has become an ideal solution for building a clean environment.
The FFU works by drawing air from the top through a built-in fan. After passing through its core component--the HEPA or ULPA filter, the FFU delivers a uniform, stable and highly clean vertical unidirectional airflow. A single FFU is an independent purification unit, while multiple FFUs can be conveniently combined and spliced to form a large-scale clean ceiling system.
FFU is widely used in high-level clean places such as semiconductors, liquid crystal manufacturing, biopharmaceuticals, medical devices, and laboratories, and is a key equipment for maintaining the air cleanliness of specific Spaces.
