The fan filter unit (FFU) is a purification device that integrates a fan and an air filter (usually HEPA or ULPA), and is widely used in clean rooms, laboratories, electronic manufacturing and other fields. Its core function is to efficiently filter particulate matter through forced air supply, achieving high cleanliness requirements in local spaces.
