Pleated Filters is a type of primary filtration device made by covering synthetic fiber filter media with metal mesh. The metal mesh is designed to enhance the anti-deformation ability of the filter media. The pleated design increases the filtration area. It is combined with a metal or paper frame to form an economical primary filter.
