Product Description

The Mini pleat HEPA ULPA filter is an efficient air filtration device that uses hot melt adhesive instead of traditional aluminum foil separators. It forms air flow channels through the pleats of closely arranged filter materials and has the characteristics of compact structure, light weight, low resistance and high dust holding capacity.
High Efficiency Air Filters are widely used in places with strict cleanliness requirements such as electronics, medicine, and biological laboratories. They can effectively filter particles larger than 0.3μm, and the filtration efficiency can reach above H13 level (the filtration efficiency for 0.3μm particles is ≥99.95%). Its filtration efficiency for particles of 0.3μm and above can reach above H13 level (above 99.95%), and it is suitable for places with high cleanliness requirements, such as electronics, medicine, and biological laboratories.
2. Low resistance and high dust holding capacity:
Adopting a pleated design, the filtration area is increased, the initial resistance is reduced, the dust holding capacity is enhanced simultaneously, the service life is prolonged, the replacement frequency is decreased, and the operating cost is lowered.
