Product Description

Purification workstation, also known as ultra clean bench, are designed to meet the needs of modern industry, the optoelectronic industry, biopharmaceuticals and research and testing in areas where the cleanliness of part of the working area is required.
The ultra-clean workstations are mostly of class 100 and are divided into two main categories, one with horizontal laminar flow and the other with straight laminar flow.
According to the operating structure, they are divided into two types: single-sided operation and double-sided operation, and according to their use, they can be divided into general ultra-clean workstations and biological ultra-clean workstations.

Principle
The principle of the purification table is that in a specific space, the indoor air is pre-filtered by a primary filter, pressed by a small centrifugal fan into the static pressure box, and then filtered by the high efficient filter secondary. The clean airflow from the air outlet of the high efficiency filter has a certain and uniform cross-sectional wind speed, which can sweep away the original air in the working area and take away dust particles and biological particles to form a sterile and highly clean working environment.

Note
Decontamination benches are different from biosafety cabinets. The decontamination table only protects the reagents etc. that are handled in the table from contamination and does not protect the operator, whereas the biosafety cabinet is a negative pressure system that effectively protects the operator.

Classification

According to the direction of airflow, there are straight laminar flow and horizontal laminar flow ultra clean benches. The straight flow workstations are noisier because the fan is at the top, but the wind blows straight, so they are mostly used in pharmaceutical engineering to ensure people's health; the horizontal flow workstations are less noisy, so they are mostly used in the electronics industry, which has little impact on health.

Application
The ultra-clean workstation is a one-way flow type air purification equipment that provides a partially dust-free and sterile working environment.
It is suitable for scientific research and production departments that require a partially clean and sterile working environment such as medicine and health, biopharmaceuticals, food, medical science tests, optics, electronics, sterile room tests, sterile microbiological tests, plant histopathology inoculations, etc. It can also be connected into an installation line with low noise, mobility and other characteristics. Its use to improve the process conditions, improve product quality and increase the rate of finished products have a good role.

Matters needing attention
The length of life of the ultra-clean table is related to the cleanliness of the air. In temperate regions, the ultra-clean table can be used in general test rooms, but in tropical or subtropical regions, by the amount of pollen in the atmosphere, or more dusty areas, the ultra-clean table should be placed in a better room with double doors to use. Under no circumstances should the air inlet hood of the ultra-clean table be placed against an open door or window to avoid affecting the life of the filter. UV lamps can also be suspended from the ultra-clean table, but should be installed outside the lighting hood and staggered so that they do not interfere with the lighting during operation. Never install the UV lamp inside the lighting hood (glass plate) because the UV light cannot penetrate the glass and its lamp is quartz glass, not silicate glass.
