HVAC Filter Replacement Mini Pleat HEPA Filter

The Mini pleat HEPA filter (High-Efficiency Particulate Air Filter without Separator) is an efficient filtration device commonly used in clean environments. It is mainly used for capturing particles larger than 0.3 microns (such as dust, bacteria, aerosols, etc.), and its filtration efficiency usually reaches H13-H14 level (filtration efficiency for 0.3 micron particles ≥99.97%-99.995%).

1. Mini pleat design
The Mini pleat filter uses hot melt adhesive instead of aluminum partitions and forms air channels by itself through the folded filter material. This design reduces resistance, lightens weight, and simultaneously increases the filtration area and dust-holding capacity.
2. Filter material:
Superfine glass fiber paper (HEPA filter paper) is usually adopted, with extremely small fiber diameters. It efficiently captures particles through mechanisms such as Brownian diffusion, interception, and inertial collision.
3. Outer frame material
Mostly made of aluminum alloy, it ensures structural stability and sealing performance.
4. Sealing process:
The filter material and the outer frame are sealed with polyurethane to prevent the leakage of unfiltered air.
