SNYLI Automatic roll filter operating principle

One roll of new filter media is setted in the filter box of automatic roll filter. When high air volume and high concentration of dust-laden air is introduced by external force and passes through the automatic roll filter, the initial resistance of the filter gradually rises with the increase of the dust filtration.
When the resistance rises to the designed ultimate value, the dropout voltage switch is activated, and the switch signal will input to the control program, then the motor is automatically started.
The dirty filter media will be rolled up, and the filter surface will be replaced with a clean filter media. When the entire roll of filter
media is used up, replace with a new roll of filter media.
