Room side replaceable ULPA filter module unit is mainly used in the terminal filtration equipment of class 1000 ~100000 clean room environment. It can not only replace the traditional air filter box, but also has the advantages of easy replacement and saving maintenance cost compared with the disposable filter box.It is the first choice for many engineering companies.
