The fan filter unit (also called FFU) is a clean air conveying equipment integrating a fan and a high-efficiency filter. It is mainly composed of a fan, high-efficiency/ultra-high-efficiency air filters (HEPA/ULPA), and a control system.
Its core component drives the airflow through a fan, and after being filtered by a HEPA filter, it forms a uniform vertical laminar flow.
