Automatic Roll Air Filter

The Automatic roll air filter, also known as the roller shutter filter or automatic roll filter, is a dry filtration device that adopts intelligent control and can automatically update the filter material.
The core working principle is as follows: Through differential pressure control or timing control, the drive motor automatically unfolds the new filter material at the clean end and simultaneously winds and collects the saturated dirty filter material, thereby ensuring that the air supply system continuously maintains stable and efficient filtration effects without the need for frequent manual replacement of filter bags or filter screens.
It mainly serves as the primary or intermediate filter in central air conditioning or industrial ventilation systems, used to handle large particles of dust, pollen, fibers, insect hairs and other pollutants.

The Auto roll filter automatically starts the winding mechanism through the preset pressure difference (when the resistance of the filter material increases to the set value) or the time interval, without the need for manual intervention.
