Nylon mesh air filter

The nylon mesh air filter is a dry pre-air filter made by weaving multiple layers of nylon filaments into a mesh.

Nylon material has good toughness and mechanical strength, is not easy to break, and is non-toxic and odorless, making it safe and reliable to use.

The mesh structure of the nylon mesh air filter ensures good air permeability, causes little obstruction to the airflow, helps reduce the load on the fan, and thereby lowers the energy consumption of the system operation.

It is usually the first line of defense in air conditioning systems, ventilation equipment or air purification equipment. Its main function is to capture larger particles in the air, such as dust, hair, flocs, flying insects, etc., to protect the more precise medium and high-efficiency filters at the back end, extend their service life and reduce the operating resistance of the system.

It is mainly used for filtering larger particles larger than 5μm, and has almost no filtering effect on fine particles such as PM2.5, pollen, and bacteria. It is usually classified as a G1-G2 grade (primary) filter.
