Top Gel seal HEPA filter (H13,H14,U15)
Gel Seal HEPA Filter & ULPA Filter adopt the liquid sealed technology and is a kind of method better than the commonly used seal mechanical pressing device. Gel Seal Filter is easily to be installed. The seal is very reliable, so its terminal filtration effect is better than ordinary products. It can be used in advanced filtation of air conditioning and ventilation system in the central air conditioning and ventilation system, such as microelectrnics, semiconductor, pharmaceutical, chemical, food and other clean areas of ventilation system end.

Mainly used in terminal filtration of electronics, Bio,pharmaceutical industries,hospitals,,FFU,Laminar flow devices,and other clean room equipments.

The gap between the filter and the frame is filled with jelly glue. Compared with traditional mechanical seals (such as gaskets), it can achieve zero leakage, ensuring that 100% of the airflow passes through the filter material and avoiding bypass contamination.
The sealing performance is stable, not affected by temperature, vibration or installation errors, and it still maintains high air tightness after long-term use.
2. Ultra-high filtration efficiency
The filter material is glass fiber or PTFE membrane, and the filtration efficiency for 0.3μm particles can reach H13-H14 (99.97%-99.995%). ULPA-level filters have a filtration efficiency of over 99.9995% for 0.12μm particles, meeting the requirements of ISO Class 5 (Class 100).
3. Corrosion-resistant and heat-resistant
The material is resistant to acid and alkali and oxidation, and is suitable for humid or chemical gas environments.
