FFU basic structure
(1), The box: its material commonly used galvanised aluminium alloy coated steel, aluminium alloy, stainless steel three. The function is to support the fan and the air guide ring, and the second is to support the flow guide.
(2), Guide plate: airflow equalisation device, built into the interior of the box, the fan below the surrounding.
(3), the fan: there are single AC (AC/1Phase), DC (EC/1Phase), three AC (AC/3Phase) three.
(4), Control components: for AC FFU, its commonly used five-speed governor or infinitely variable governor; DC system control chip embedded in the motor internal, with the help of special control software, computer, control gateway and network lines to achieve remote control.
(5), Filters.
Pre-filter: filtration of large dust particles, non-woven, primary filter, filter frame.
High efficiency filter: HEPA/ULPA (High Efficiency/Ultra High Efficiency).
Chemical filter (Chemical Filter): in addition to ammonia, boron, organic gases, etc., generally installed in the air inlet, the same as the pre-filter installation method.
