Deep Pleat HEPA Filter

The Deep Pleat HEPA Filter adopts an alternating layering structure of ultra-fine glass fiber filter paper and aluminum separators, and a stable air channel is formed by fixing the filter material through the separators.
Its features include high structural strength and resistance to high humidity. 

Deep pleat filter is suitable for large air volume or harsh environments (such as high-temperature and high-humidity workshops), and its filtration efficiency can reach H11-H14 grade (filtration efficiency for 0.3μm particles ≥99.97%).

Compared with the mini pleat filter, it has a larger dust holding capacity and better pressure difference resistance, but its volume and weight are slightly larger. It is commonly used in the end filtration of industrial clean systems or ventilation units.

Housing	Usually made of metal, it is used to hold the filter media and provide protection and support.
Filter Media	The core of a deep pleat HEPA filter. The filter media is usually made of high efficiency glass fibre material.
Separators	Usually paper or aluminium foil, they are used to separate the filter media to ensure even distribution of air flow through the entire filter and to improve filtration efficiency.
