HEPA Box / Air Supply Outlet

The HEPA Box is the terminal air supply device of the clean air conditioning system. Its core consists of high-efficiency filters (usually HEPA or ULPA filters), the box body, diffuser plates and other components.
Its function is to deliver the clean air that has been processed by the air conditioning unit into the clean room at a uniform cross-sectional air velocity, thereby forming a unidirectional flow (laminar flow) or non-unidirectional flow (turbulent flow) clean air flow organization. It is a key device for maintaining the high cleanliness level required in the clean room.
