Automatic Roll Filter

Auto roll filter is an efficient, energy-saving and continuously operable filtering device. It is widely used in ventilation and air conditioning systems that need to handle large air volumes and air with high dust concentration, serving as a front-end pretreatment unit.

Core working principle:
The core design lies in the use of rolled fiber filter materials. The equipment automatically drives the motor through differential pressure control or timing control, continuously rolling out clean new filter materials from the air intake side to replace the dirty filter materials that have adsorbed a large amount of dust. The dirty filter material is wound onto the winding shaft, thus achieving continuous renewal of the filter surface. The entire process does not require shutdown and operates fully automatically, ensuring the system's 7x24-hour uninterrupted filtration requirements.
