HEPA BOX

The HEPA BOX (HEPA Diffuser) is a key component of clean air conditioning systems, mainly used for filtering air and evenly distributing it to ensure that clean rooms or specific environments meet high cleanliness requirements.

It is usually composed of high-efficiency filters (HEPA or ULPA), diffusers, boxes and air valves, etc.

Structure:

1. Box body
Material: Generally, cold-rolled steel plates with plastic spraying are used, featuring anti-corrosion and easy cleaning.
Function: Support the overall structure, connect air ducts, and ensure the airtightness of the airflow.
2. High-efficiency Filters (HEPA/ULPA)
Type: HEPA (Filtration efficiency for 0.3-micron particles ≥99.97%) or ULPA (ultra-high efficiency, ≥99.9995%@0.12 micron)
Function: Filter particles, bacteria and dust in the air to ensure the cleanliness of the supply air.
3. Diffuser plate (Flow equalizing plate)
