Fan Filter Unit FFU

The Fan Filter Unit (FFU) is an air purification device that integrates HEPA filters and centrifugal fans. It usually adopts HEPA or ULPA filters and is equipped with brushless DC motors.

It features low noise, energy conservation, high efficiency, and adjustable air volume.

FFU can be modularly installed on the ceiling or bracket of a clean room. It provides stable and uniform vertical unidirectional airflow and is widely used in places with extremely high requirements for air cleanliness, such as semiconductors, liquid crystal panels, biopharmaceuticals, and medical operating rooms. It is one of the key devices for maintaining a clean environment.
