Mini Pleat ULPA Filter
The Mini pleat ULPA filter is a core filtration device for high-standard environments such as clean rooms, semiconductors, and biomedicine. Its filtration efficiency is as high as 99.9995%@0.12μm, far exceeding that of HEPA filters.
The filter material is formed into a continuous wavy structure through a precise folding process and connected with hot melt adhesive.This structure has lower wind resistance and a larger effective filtration area, making it suitable for scenarios with high air volume.
The outer frame is usually made of aluminum alloy, with a stable structure. It can effectively prevent the filter material from deforming or being damaged, and is also convenient for installation and sealing.

The filtration efficiency of the Mini pleat ULPA filter for 0.12μm particles is ≥99.9995%, far exceeding the HEPA standard ([email protected] μm), and it can intercept ultra-fine pollutants such as viruses and nanoscale dust.

The mini pleat structure reduces airflow obstruction. The air resistance is 15% to 30% lower than that of the traditional separator filter, saving energy and reducing consumption.
