Compact V Bank Air Filter
Compact V bank air filter, also a kind of mini pleat air filter, is an efficient and common air filtration device.
The core feature lies in processing the filter material into a continuous V-shaped pleated structure. This design significantly increases the effective filtration area, achieving a higher dust-holding capacity and a longer service life within a limited installation space.

Compared with flat panel filters, filters with V-shaped outer frames can handle larger air volumes with lower initial resistance, thereby significantly reducing system energy consumption.
V cell filter is usually used as the medium or high-efficiency filtration section of central air conditioning and large ventilation systems, and is widely applied in commercial buildings, hospitals, factories, electronic workshops and other places with air quality requirements. It can effectively capture smaller particles in the air and is a key component for ensuring indoor air cleanliness and the stable operation of equipment.

The fine fiberglass media pleated to some media packs, then several media packs and frame form a "V" shape filter. The number of the "V" shape determines the filter's media area so that it influence on filter service life and pressure drop.
1. Large filtration area: The unique V-shaped pleated structure offers a larger effective filtration area than flat plate filters of the same volume, with an extremely high dust holding capacity.
2. Long service life: Thanks to the large dust-holding space, it can hold more dust, and the replacement frequency is much lower than that of ordinary filters, reducing maintenance costs.
3. Low operating energy consumption: The initial resistance is small, and as dust accumulates, the resistance increases slowly. It can maintain a low and stable air resistance, saving energy consumption during system operation.
4. Compact structure: While providing an extremely large filtration area, its compact design can effectively save installation space.
