PRODUCT DISCRIPTIONS

Deep pleat HEPA filter has many advantages, it has very high filtration efficiency and low resistance, can hold a lot of dust, and the uniformity of wind speed of this kind of high efficiency filter is better.

The filtration principle of Deep pleated high efficiency air filter (HEPA) mainly relies on the synergistic effect of multiple physical mechanisms: When air passes through the fiber filter material, larger particles are directly captured due to the interception effect; Tiny particles collide and adsorb with fibers through Brownian diffusion. Medium-sized particles deviate from the airflow trajectory due to inertial impact and are trapped by fibers. In addition, charged particles can also be attracted by the filter material due to electrostatic adsorption. The partition design separates the filter material with aluminum foil to form an airflow channel, which not only increases the filtration area but also prevents the filter material from collapsing, allowing the airflow to pass through multiple layers of filter material evenly. The filtration efficiency for 0.3-micron particles can reach over 99.97%.

SNYLI Deep pleat HEPA filter have a longer service period and offer 99.999% efficiency at 0.3 micron(H14),99.99% efficiency at 0.3 micron (H13), 99.7% efficiency at 0.3 micron(E12).
