Product Description

Gel Seal HEPA filter is a highly efficient air filtration device. It adopts liquid tank sealing technology (that is, the frame is filled with special gel) to ensure zero leakage and is suitable for clean rooms ranging from Class 100 to Class 10,000.
Its core is composed of HEPA filter material (filtration efficiency ≥99.99%@0.3μm) and aluminum alloy liquid tank frame.
Gel Seal filter achieves airtight connection with FFU or air duct systems through the elastic deformation of gel, which is more reliable than traditional mechanical seals and is especially suitable for fields with strict cleanliness requirements such as semiconductors and biomedicine.
