The Gas Turbine Pre Filter is the first protective barrier in the intake system of a gas turbine, specifically designed to intercept large particles of impurities in the air, protecting subsequent high-precision filters and the core components of the gas turbine. This product uses high-quality synthetic fiber filter material, combined with a sturdy plastic frame, and can maintain stable filtering performance and mechanical strength under harsh working conditions. 
As the pre-filter of the gas turbine intake filtration system, this product mainly intercepts particles with a diameter larger than 5 μm. It effectively reduces the load on the medium-efficiency and HEPA filters, prolongs the service life of the entire filtration system, and ensures that the gas turbine can operate safely and stably in various complex environments (such as sandy areas, coastal humid environments, and industrial pollution areas).

Product Features

1. Efficient interception
The structure adopts a gradient density fiber design. The fibers on the windward side are thicker, while those on the leeward side gradually become thinner, achieving a progressive filtering from thick to thin. This ensures low resistance while enhancing the interception efficiency. 
2. Large dust holding capacity
The special filter material structure design creates a three-dimensional, net-like structure inside the filter material, significantly increasing the dust holding space, extending the service life of the filter, and reducing the frequency of replacement. 
3. Low-resistance operation
Optimize the folding process of the filter material, ensuring uniform folding intervals and a large ventilation area. The initial resistance is low, which helps reduce the energy consumption of the gas turbine and improve the power generation efficiency. 
4. Robust structure
The outer frame is made of high-strength plastic material, which is resistant to deformation, and can adapt to various complex working conditions. 
5. Moisture and Mold Resistance
The filter material has undergone hydrophobic treatment, featuring excellent resistance to moisture. It is unlikely to absorb moisture and deform in high humidity environments, effectively preventing the growth of microorganisms. 
6. Easy Installation
The standardized size design ensures high versatility, and the installation process is simple and quick. The sealing strip has good elasticity, ensuring a tight fit with the frame and preventing air bypass.
