Self-supported bag filters are designed in plastic/galvanized steel /aluminium alloy frame version and synthetic fiber. The air intake of this bag filter is equipped with aerodynamic stream ledges to provide the lowest possible differential pressure.
Each single pocket of the filters are made of progressive structured synthetic media, and this media has the advantage of leakage free welded and in self supporting stability.
On the one hand, tubular separators make sure the condition on manufacturing shape stability. On another, this is further supported by an additional reinforcement of the media on the clean air side of each single pocket. Due to the above, this pocket filter is easily to keep its shape also at variation in pressure or at shut down of the turbine.
