HEPA Filter Box

HEPA filter box is the terminal air supply device of the clean air conditioning system, composed of high-efficiency filters (HEPA or ULPA), the box body, the diffuser plate and other components.
It is used to convey clean air that has been highly filtered to a clean environment, ensuring that the particulate matter concentration, temperature, humidity and air flow organization in the supply air area meet the cleanliness requirements (such as ISO level 5).
Its core function is to intercept particles of ≥0.3μm, with a filtration efficiency of over 99.99%.
