High temp resistant HEPA filter is a kind of air filter that can withstand up to 250°C, even up to 350 ºC for a long time. Commonly, the frame is made of stainless steel, and filter materials adopt fine glass fiber. Specially, aluminium are used as the separators. It cannot be used for high efficiency air filtration, but also can be used under high temperature atmosphere.

High temp resistant HEPA filter is especially designed which can be used in a broad range of industries, such as hot air type high temperature ovens in electronic factories, clean room, high temperature production line, spraying industry, ultrasonic industry and other high temperature purification sites. At the same time, the aluminum separator design divides the filter media and creates air flow tunnel.

Silicone, a special heat resistant sealant is adopted in high heat HEPA filter for adhesion agent and gaskets, preventing bypass leakages perfectly.
